Stress is one of the biggest problems in a turbulent everyday life. It can take different forms and, above all, different intensities. But one thing is clear, it is neither good for the body nor for the mind! Permanent stress can also sicken the soul and therefore not infrequently leads to depression.
It is all the more important to know how to deal with stress and what tools you can use to find small moments in everyday life that calm body and soul and reduce stress, at least for a short moment. This can already work wonders in terms of overall well-being!
One of these practical tools is CBD oil! It is said to have a positive effect on the brain metabolism. CBD oil is extracted from the hemp plant, which many know as a drug in the form of cannabis. But CBD oil has a reduced effect. It smoothly acts on the body's own messenger adrenaline, which signals stress to the body.
